Connecting cultures, operations, and executable AI
Minchen moved to Japan in 2016 and attended the advanced academic course at Sendai Ikuei Gakuen High School. Studying and living in a new language and culture developed his ability to adapt and approach problems from different perspectives.
In 2020, he entered Rikkyo University's Global Liberal Arts Program. During a US exchange program in 2022, he became deeply interested in AI and saw its potential to move beyond content generation and support real work under human direction and enterprise rules.
He later founded InnoSphere to help companies move beyond experiments. The company's work connects AI with existing systems, approval workflows, access controls, and execution logs so digital transformation can take root in daily operations.
